The community lives in three principle buildings arranged to draw your attention outward, to  lush green landscape views. Common areas are in the center, connected to the common green, which is laced with boardwalk paths that lead to open air pavilions and an area for dogs.

Inside, the homes are economical and simple, with lots of daylight and views. They feature open plan layouts, island kitchens and efficient support spaces. The hearth spaces are connected to large terraces with retractable sun and insect screens. Think breezes and dappled light.

With a commercial kitchen, dedicated assembly spaces and  guest parking the Nest community can host public events, weddings and community celebrations, as well as an occasional weeknight meal or glass of wine.
